i think it is a good game but i believe the multiplayer is weak and tacked on. My biggest gripe is starting with a lame pistol i cant stand going through whole 30 minutes games with the weak ass gun its unbelievably frustrating all you have to do is go to weapons and select heavy or smg's its not hard people. well if you consider the failure rate is at 33% then yea that is pretty close to 40% ;)haha im a 360 owner just hoping for some laughs but in all honesty who cares does the amount of copies that gta sold how does that affect you? will you get some kind of prize in the mail from rockstar if your console sells more copies if anything it will probably just lead to more pricks online....

If your just downloading for your own personal use you should be ok as long as your not manufacturing and selling pirated dvd's or something. Just like the drug trade it makes more sense to go after the suppliers then the the users...

when i first played sonic adventure 1&2 on the dreamcast i thought they were a lot of fun and sonic heroes wasn't too bad until that horrific casino level, sonic riders and shadow the hedgehog i havent played them but i can only imagine how bad they are...
today i was cruising through liberty city and i was thinking man i wish their was some rampages like kill 20 cholos with the flamethrower and the cover system is really clunky and annoying and the targeting needs to prioritize and when you use the right stick to switch between targets it could be faster but all in all these are minor grievances and the new additions really add alot to the gta formula and i think it has deserved the 10's its recieved....
im not sure if im getting the right message from your post but if your saying gta IV's cover sytem is clunky and hard to control i agree i havent played uncharted but im sure its better and gears of war's cover system is much better i dont even use the cover system in IV anymore i just crouch....

EDIT: and with the very large installed base of wii owners most of whom have no clue about piracy, software sales should be pretty good for Nintendo games which would not lead to an increased price. Every console is plagued by piracy and it rarely affects the software especially if they are successful although their are few exceptions(dreamcast, psp). If anything hardware is positively affected look at the psp...
how can he say halo 3 is not a next gen game halo 3 had an awesome forge mode, superior matchmaking, 4 player online co-op, saved films/pictures,pretty good story, anybody saying the graphics are not good play halo 2 again and then play halo 3, good physics engine, good enemy AI,...you also cant really market gtaIV as much as halo because if they made a gtaiv happy meal or gta iv slurpees just imagine the outcry of people halo is rated M but it is nothing worse then star wars...just my two ce...
yea whenever you need a cop car for a mission just dial 911 then jack the car its only one star and if you cant get away from one star just go trade in your game at gamestop you should have enough for viva pinata
